Terms and conditions dating 23.Oct.2008

The following terms and conditions are valid for all sells from vintagemovieposters.de:

OFFERS and ITEM’S DESCRIPTIONS
All offers are subject to change. Writing errors, price changes and prior sale are subject to change. I am aiming for the most possible objectivity with regard to the condition of the items. If there are any questions that cannot be deducted from the item’s description or photo I will try to answer them by email.

CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
The shipping takes place as stated in the point ORDER. For items that are shipped without insurance according to the customer’s wishes the risk/responsibility lies with the customer.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payments are to be made beforehand by bank transfer. Internationally PayPal is welcome. Within Germany I do not accept any payment through PayPal – here I expect bank transfer only. In individual cases (arranged by email) payment by cash on delivery is possible.

RIGHT OF CONVERSION / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWL
If an item delivered does not suit you, you are allowed to return it within two weeks after date of receipt. You will get your money back. According to the Distance Selling Act in Germany the customer will have to pay for the return shipment if the order value is below € 40.

The return of the goods within time is sufficient to keep the deadline of two weeks (although I really do prefer to be contacted via email beforehand for this too. For items worth more than € 40 please DO contact me so that we can arrange for the best way to return the item. For items that are sent back to me without having corresponded with me beforehand, no payback can be expected from my side if the item gets lost during shipping. For all paybacks the items have to be returned in the condition they were in at the time of the selling (or even better…)

Please do not send any items back to us until you have contacted us first to obtain instructions and return authorization. We will credit you for all products returned to us in re-saleable condition. Please note that we will not refund shipping costs unless there has been an error on our part. Any items returned without pre-authorization will not be accepted.
